How We Handle Ownership, Copyrights and Licensing.

We at Exposures, Ltd. Photography are licensed professional photographers. Our business is using our talent, ideas, and expertise to produce commercially-acceptable professional photographs for our trade show, exhibit, special event, convention, and other photography clients. As such, all of our works fall under the protection of U.S. and international copyright law. Copyright law protects authors (photographers) and their original works (images) from unauthorized use, reproduction, alteration, or dissemination as a way of protecting both the quality and integrity of the work. When our copyrights are violated, it harms our reputations as the authors of the work, and it negatively impacts our ability to make a living from the work we produce. For these reasons, we ask you to respect our copyrights and limit your use of our work to those uses specified in our copyright license. Courts invariably protect authors and works, and fines can be stiff. A word to the wise: If you don’t have a license, don’t use the image.

What Do I Need To Know About Licensing Photographs?

Photography, and as such, are protected by U.S. and international copyright law.
